We do not hire apprentices or interns. This is a production farm and people who can learn while doing, on the job will excel. Farming requires being comfortable with some discomfort and is a very physical job. These are labor oriented positions. The work can be repetitive and monotonous. The bulk of the job is harvesting, washing, planting and cultivating. Starting pay will be determined upon experience, but seasonal crew starts at $16/hr. Farming experience is definitely a plus, but not required.
